Okkervil River - I Am Very Far

I would say in the past year or two there have been some pretty fantastic ploys to promotionally raise the profile of your band; see: Radiohead, the advent of the free album stream a week prior to release, live webcasting of concerts etc. etc.

Okkervil River brings a new dog to the fight, with a live concert webcast of their upcoming album, I Am Very Far performed live, front to back. Pretty cool, huh?

Check it out today (April 27th) @ 7 pm ET thanks to NPR Music - here.

I Am Very Far drops May 10, via JAGJAGUWAR and you can pre-order a whole array of album formats at the bands website.

Enjoy!
