I've been diggin' on these guys lately. Jangly beach-pop, for those, errr not so sunny summer days we've been having 'round these here parts.
The San Fran group has a revolving cast and recently signed to Fat Possum records. Look out for their album Tomorrow is Alright August 31st and they have a few dates in SF over the next few weeks. I'm sure they'll make it down south here shortly.
